To be honest, I have no idea what you're trying to say. I am very impressed with your communication skills. From your post, I am going to assume you are trying the old 'don't knock it until you try it' argument, at least that's what it sounds like.
There's one very large problem with your argument, though. You have no evidence, aside from you saying it is good. Now, if you were some kind of authority on Guild Wars, or playing Monk, that would probably be enough for someone to try it. Additionally, if you were a real expert, you would be able to support your claim that what you're saying is good, is in fact good.
So, allow us to examine the first blatently obvious thing that is wrong with your original post:
"Like if you use parasite and it just keep getting removed because of a hex remove skill by a foes monk you gain great healing (with this part I just love avater of dwayna )."
An appropriate translation of that into proper, and clear english would be:
"If you use Parasitic Bond, and the opposing Monk keeps removing it, you will be healed a lot. I really love it when the other team is using Avatar of Dywayna when I have Parasitic Bond, because of the healing I receive.
Now that everyone knows what you are trying to say without having to think long and hard about it, we can address the merit of what you're saying. You are suggesting here that it is good for a Monk to go with a secondary profession of Necromancer, so that they can heal themselves with Parasitic Bond. The first problem here is Monks can already heal themselves, and they can do so without having to loose their choice of secondary profession, bring a hex skill that is an unreliable heal, and spec into an attribute line they have absolutely no use for. Additionally, no one who is any good is going to remove Parasitic Bond if it's a standalone hex, unless of course they're going to assist on a spike by using Smite Hex/HEV/Shatter Hex, in which case it doesn't help you at all. Oh, I should probably mention that no one uses Avatar of Dywana because it is bad, too, so don't count on gettnig free heals from that. I could do a better job of addressing your points if I put some effort into it, but I don't want to waste any more time disproving something that should honestly have just been deleted for being utter trash.
The rest of your post is roughly equal to the fail of the section I just addressed. You have no evidence to support what you're saying, and there is plenty of evidence that says you are wrong. You also have no authority to say what is good on a Monk, or in Guild Wars, aside from supposedly having played a Monk for 30 months, which could easily be false, and doesn't matter very much either way as there is only a correlation between time played and knowing what the RED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GO you're talking about.
Short version: you fail.

With TA you are used with your other party members and you know what they would do and they have bettter builds so you can get a bit lazy there.

Not in TA so much.
If you see a sin hopping to your teammate, its typically a good idea to guardian him. If he does it to you, hit return/dstance.
Agreed that field vision is the most important. Also, knowing what your opponent is going to do helps very much. For example, if you're facing one of those homosexual DA sins, you know that a large amount of damage comes from sig of toxic shock which requires poison. Therefore, by realizing that and removing the poison you've gimped his combo.
Basically, you have to realize that you don't monk while red bars are going down. Real monking occurs before that.
